Safeguards: The electronic data is located on password protected computers. The offices of DRC Performance Management Ltd. and Emergency Management & Training Inc. are locked when not in use. The computer system has firewall and virus protection. Only authorized persons has access to the information and no unauthorized parties can access information.

Transparency: The privacy policy of Emergency Management & Training Inc. is published on the website at www.emergencymgt.com. It is also filed the company policy and procedure manual.

Access: Any client or vendor can request information through regular mail with an authorized signature at Emergency Management & Training Inc at 65 Cedar Pointe Dr., Suite 144, Barrie ON Canada L4N 9R3. The information will be confirmed within 10 business days.

Recourse: To find resolution to a complaint, approach first the privacy officer of Emergency Management & Training Inc. Should that prove unsatisfactory, individuals can contact the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, 112 Kent St., Ottawa, ON K1A 1H3.
