In addition, once working with a client, information collected may include operational data, policies & procedures, risk assessments, etc.

Information is gathered by the client completing data, providing reports, documents, etc. Clients take on responsibility for accuracy of the information provided to DRC Performance Management Ltd. and/or Emergency Management & Training Inc.
The electronic data is located on password protected computers. The offices of DRC Performance Management Ltd. and Emergency Management & Training Inc. are locked when not in use. The computer system has firewall and virus protection. Only authorized persons have access to the information and no unauthorized parties can access information.
Any client or vendor can request information through regular mail with an authorized signature at Emergency Management & Training Inc at 65 Cedar Pointe Dr., Suite 144, Barrie ON Canada L4N 9R3. The information will be confirmed within 10 business days.
