Craig Williams brings over 23 years of municipal first responder experience, including 15 years in
Chief Officer roles spanning fire, paramedic, and emergency management services. As a Fire
Chief and senior municipal leader, Craig has led multidisciplinary teams across Fire, Recreation,
Facilities, Human Resources, Treasury, Clerk, and IT, providing him with a broad understanding
of municipal operations and corporate service delivery. His expertise includes strategic
planning, operational assessments, emergency management, performance evaluation, risk
mitigation, budgeting, and long-term capital planning. Craig is also an experienced instructor
and mentor and holds numerous professional certifications in fire service leadership, incident
command, fire investigation, and emergency management.
